I’m excited to announce the Release of my new children’s book, Champ’s Amazing Day. It is a tribute and homage to my Shih Tzu, Champ, whom I lost earlier this month.

After suffering with Cancer for nearly a year, Champ was laid to rest on June 6th, 2025. He was 2 months shy of his 16th birthday. He was an energetic little dog who helped me through some difficult times in my life.

As a way of coping with his loss, my wife and I came up with this idea of a children’s book. I wrote it down and got to work. As an added benefit, a portion of all sales for the book will be donated to the AKC Canine Health Foundation and the research for Canine Cancer.

We hope that Champ’s story can shed light on this organization and help save the lives of other dogs who might find themselves in his situation.
